2999b Platform Rules of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2999b ("2999b", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 2999b online gaming platform available at https://2999b.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website without registering, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accepting a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing account.

These Terms are supplemented by 2999b's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 2999b Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to use the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. The 2999b Platform is strictly an adults-only service. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either one you have placed yourself through the 2999b platform or one imposed by a regulatory body — that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account on the 2999b Platform.
• Own identity: You must be registering and playing using your own true identity. Playing under a false name, a nickname, or on behalf of another person is prohibited.

Age Verification

2999b reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including at account registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or as part of a periodic account review. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 2999b services — including deposits, real-money betting, and withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 2999b Platform only. Duplicate accounts — identified by matching name, national identity number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings generated through bonus play on duplicate accounts may be voided. 2999b's decision on duplicate account determinations is final.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your 2999b account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 2999b will never request your password through any channel, including email, SMS, or live chat.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 2999b support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured without delay.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, 2999b operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 2999b reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The standard KYC documents accepted are Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill issued within the last three months showing your current address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

2999b currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. 2999b reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes to supported payment methods via the Platform.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 2999b wallet within approximately 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• All funds deposited must be your own personal funds. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• 2999b does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
• 2999b reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership for any deposit prior to crediting funds or processing a withdrawal.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. 2999b does not send funds to payment methods that have not been previously used for a deposit on the same account.
• Withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad — typically 5 to 30 minutes; Rocket and Upay — typically 30 minutes to 2 hours; Visa and Mastercard — 1 to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• 2999b does not charge withdrawal fees on standard BDT transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or SureCash. Card withdrawal fees, if applicable, are disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the cash component of your balance is eligible for withdrawal at any time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

2999b offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL T20 season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any bonus-specific terms published at the time the offer is made.

Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the bonus offer documentation. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on 2999b deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer; unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and payment method.
• Reload and cashback bonuses are available to eligible active players as specified in each promotion's terms.
• 2999b reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or void bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of game mechanics, or breach of these Terms.
• Players who have opted into a self-exclusion period are not eligible to receive or use bonus offers during the exclusion period.

Bonus Abuse

2999b monitors bonus usage patterns on an ongoing basis. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both sides of a market), using bonus funds in games that contribute 0% to wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and exploiting errors or technical faults to generate bonus credit. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse may have its bonus funds and associated winnings voided without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Betting

Casino Games

All casino games available on the 2999b Platform — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, and virtual table games — operate under their respective published game rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as published at the time of play. 2999b is not responsible for player misunderstanding of game rules, and no claims based on misunderstanding of rules will be considered valid.

All slot games and RNG-based table games on the 2999b Platform use certified Random Number Generator technology. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is accurate and represents the long-term theoretical return to the player across a statistically significant number of rounds. Individual session outcomes may vary significantly from the published RTP. RTP figures do not represent a guarantee of return on any individual session or bet.

Sports Betting

Sports betting on the 2999b Platform is subject to the following general terms, in addition to sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; the confirmed odds displayed on the bet receipt are the binding odds for the wager.
• 2999b reserves the right to void any bet where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the relevant event has been cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared, or where there is credible evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity affecting the relevant market.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay. 2999b reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice, particularly following significant match events such as wickets, goals, or score changes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface and may differ between pre-match and in-play markets.
• BPL cricket markets are subject to BPL-specific betting rules, which are published separately in the Cricket Betting section of the Platform.

Technical Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or display of a game or bet, 2999b reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously high displayed win amount that could not have been generated under normal operating conditions, 2999b reserves the right to correct the error and withhold payment of the erroneous amount. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all 2999b games.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2999b Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Money laundering: Using the 2999b Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities without notice to the player.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks after using deposited funds to place bets.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live table games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the 2999b Platform, its servers, or its source code by any means.
• False identity: Registering an account under a false name, using another person's identity documents, or providing any materially false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the 2999b Platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate profit. Any winnings generated through deliberate exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided.

8 Responsible Gaming

2999b is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the Platform. Online gaming is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means to generate income, recover financial losses, or escape personal problems. Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 2999b account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced with immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you can lose in a given period before betting is temporarily suspended on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be automatically logged out when your limit is reached.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2999b excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling losses, including losses arising from technical malfunctions or system errors that have been corrected in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.
• Loss of data, including account history or betting records, arising from technical failures beyond 2999b's reasonable control.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its features, whether planned or unplanned.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard) or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
• Any reliance by you on information, statistics, odds, or other content published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

Platform Availability

2999b aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances outside 2999b's control. 2999b will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods via in-Platform notifications.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 2999b is incorporated and operates. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with 2999b's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution. You agree that any such proceedings will be conducted in English.

10 Amendments & Termination

Amendments to These Terms

2999b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via in-Platform notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting 2999b support. Any funds held in your account at the time of closure — minus any applicable bonus forfeiture — will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Account Closure by You

You may request closure of your 2999b account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding non-cashable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Account Closure by 2999b

2999b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading information; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; a court order or instruction from a regulatory authority; or any other circumstance that 2999b reasonably believes justifies account closure in the interests of the Platform's integrity, security, or other players.

Where an account is closed by 2999b due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both cash and bonus funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 2999b will communicate the reasons for any account closure in writing to the email address registered on the account, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
